Paul Raj Samy Raj is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm’s main branch at Seberang Jaya, Penang. He graduated with a dual degree in Bachelor of Science (Hons) (Housing, Building & Planning) from University Science Malaysia and Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) from University Malaya. He worked as a Quantity Surveyor with Sunway Group for 10 years. Thereafter, he started his legal practice after being admitted to the Malaysia Bar in 2003.
With 10 years of working experience in construction line as a Quantity Surveyor and more than 20 years of experience as an Advocate & Solicitor, Paul Raj has represented various domestic and international clients in highly complex and contentious civil litigation matters. With his experience in construction line, Paul Raj has represented numerous contractors in their construction disputes, claims and litigation.
Paul Raj is a certified Panel Adjudicator registered with Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and have been actively contributing his expertise, experience and skills since July 2014 as an Adjudicator.
He too represents multinational corporations and companies.
